WW1 BRITISH FOLDING CANDLE TRENCH LAMP CONTAINER BY HINKS
Rarely seen metal trench lamp container for the folding candle trench lamp. Relic condition, Maker marked to J HINKS AND SONS BIRMINGHAM ( Badge to the front missing)and dated 1913,Broad arrow marked. Hinks was maker of oil lamps and made these folding trench candle lamps under contract during WW1. Leather strap still present, and in good order. 325mm high x 150mm wide and 45mm deep. Great piece and rare to find.
