French Model 1874 “Gras” Sword Bayonet with Scabbard
Blade inscribed ‘Mre d’armes de Chat Avril 1876 (Manufactured at the Chatellerault Arms Factory April 1876)
Blade Stamped S and R and 3. Quillon Stamped and Scabbard with matching numbers.
Dimensions:
26″ long x 4″ wide x 1 1/2″ deep (660mm x 100mm x 40mm)
Blade 20″ long (510mm)
Condition is good but used ,some very slight pitting to the blade , minor , rear spring clip fully function.
