With engraved Turkish markings to the base and extensive decoration to the rest of the shell case. Shell appears to be German so would guess that this was a captured piece. very unusual – hard to find .
The shell is a German, 7.7cm, Shell Case, dated 1916.
Height of shell is 11 inches.
