 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Yvonne and Darren of Antiqurio were helpful, friendly and enormously knowledgeable. I hadn't bought a military antique before. My grandson wanted a tank shell casing; his heart was set on it. I chose one that was engraved and Darren phoned me and explained what the marks on it told us about it.  The shell was fired at Cambrai in 1917.  Darren told me which company manufactured it and the week in which it was made.  He also told me the circumstances under which it would have been engraved by a soldier at the front. His knowledge is immense but so is his kindness.  Yvonne  is equally kind and efficient in wrapping the casing and arranging its delivery  to Norway. 108 years after it had been used the casing went to my grandson who treasures it.

Picked up a shell-case dating back to the Boer War which was in remarkably good condition and went down very well with its recipient on Christmas Day.  The information provided on the website was a really good start on the accompanying notes I assembled about the history surrounding the case. Yvonne & Darren  who run & own Antiqurio are both well respected, especially on the Fayre circuit, nationwide. Darren's  knowledge concerning war memorabilia is extensive. Coupled with Yvonne's administration skills Antiqurio on-line shop is a must place to shop. Your always assured to pick up, on lthe on-line store something a little more incompictious than your run of the mill memorabilia.  Darren harbours a great talent in his description of every item. His descriptions of the items for sale are an History lesson in themselves. Yvonne is so on the ball in the admin Department. Yvonne is the voice of Antiqurio. No request after purchase is to much. Antiqurio also use a reputable Courier Service, U.P.S.
