A reasonable pair of 1890s patt French Army Officers shoulder boards,, used also during WW1 . Green topped gauze material, brown felt underbelly, red tassels. The red tassels are held on by twisted wire frame, stitched to the main body.
A bit of wear to one as you would expect due to age of piece.
