WW1 Horse Grooming Brushes

Description

Original era WW1 manufacture grooming brushes used by all British Army branches who used horses including the cavalry. Wooden body perforated with holes to allow the soft bristles to be wired in. One is larger than the other but they have been a pair and been together for a very long time. Nearly all the bristles are intact. The hand webbing or leather straps have long since gone.
