Description

WW1 British No 102 shell fuse in used condition. The brass shell fuse is clearly dated July 1916, the shell fuse is also marked G.K. it has been struck on the top slightly this can be seen in the photographs. Broad arrow marked.

The N°102 percussion fuse were N°100 fuses transformed into N°101 fuses by removing the transversal percussion mechanism and replacement of the axial pellet by a conventional detonator cap pellet. A crimping groove was machined at the cone base.
