Vintage Navy Master Swimmer White Peak Dress Cap with Insignia.
This cap is in good vintage condition.
There is a little bit of discoloration and age related marks to the top of the hat, however nothing that couldn’t be cleaned. Insignia badge to cap has Anchor w/ a framed crest that has the sun, an island and two sailing  vessels on it. The cap was made by LambCo Uniforms 101 Market Street Phila,PA.

US Navy Master Masters Swimmer” is not a specific official title but likely refers to a few different things related to the U.S. Masters Swimming organization for individuals of the military. 

Good condition for age, very attractive hat.  Made of a White heavy cloth  with a leather bill, gold braid chinstrap, USMS chinstrap attachment buttons, and a fantastic looking hat badge .
