Signed up 20th Oct 1914, Aged 25 years, Hackney London, Printers Labourer, Served Overseas + Home, Physically Unfit 19th Sept 1916, suffered from V.D.H , effectively War strain , Origin Nov 1915 Colchester was sent hospital for operation for Rupture. Has never felt well since, has enlarged Systo Murma, suffers breathlessness. Ended war service in the 25th Training Res Btn .
