Original Item: Part License plate.. Measuring 7 1/2 inches long and 7 1/2 inches tall, this is a relic condition steel construction white and black painted motorcycle license plate. This type would be installed on the top of the rear fender of military motorcycles during the Third Reich period. It is marked with identification number WH-148???, where “WH” stands for “Wehrmacht Heer”, so this is a Heer Army issue license plate. The 6 digit registration number indicates WWII issue, while a 5 digit number would indicate pre-war.
