Original German WWII Heer Artillery Officer’s Visor Cap By Alkero,Gold silk  liner being in lovely condition this is a very nice visor cap with a field-grey doeskin wool body and crown with a blue/green badge cloth centre band with red wool waffenfarbe piping for Artillery to the crown edge, both the top and bottom edges of the centre band. The front centre of the cap has a frosted nice quality officers’  metal national eagle and cockade, all original to the cap.  The cap has a twisted, bright silver/aluminium chin cord that is intact and secured in place by two small silver washed pebbled grained alloy buttons. It is a size 55.5. The clear celluloid diamond on the top of the lining. The black lacquered, vulcan fibre visor is in excellent condition. There is no mothing or damage to this cap. Overall a very nice used Heer Artillery officer’s visor cap in very good condition. This cap has hardly ever been worn it shows a very slight grease mark to the leather cap band but overall its nearly mint.
