Scarce1936 US Army Peaked Visor Cap

Nice example of this Hard to Find 1930’s hat with heavy OD green wool body , in good condition , just a couple of pencil-tip size moth nips on the underside. The leather sweatband is good except for a small straight tear as can see. Sweatband is stamped “Phila QM Depot” issue markings and date ,Sept 28th 1936. Old paper tag is stamped “71/8”. Very nice brown leather visor and supple brown leather chinstrap.

All original buttons and cap badge, which is screw backed.
