1917 dated British Tank 6 pounder brass shell case, Measures approx 12 x 3 inches. Base marked 6Pr IV , 1917, no splitting to the top , complete with fuse. Lovely condition.
This 1917 dated 6 pdr mkIV brass shell case being the type used by British naval guns and in British Mk1 to MkIV tanks, marked on the base ‘CF’ for cordite filled.
