The visor cap is in great condition inc the leather visor. The cap itself is without holes or tears. The cap band shows very little wear on the leather which is backed with canvas band. Exterior surface blue wool is great just a very tiny bit at the front edge where the wire frame has rubbed through. The gold cap insignia is toned with age.  Visor caps like this are rare in good condition and surviving examples of such caps are quite scarce. The cap has a cloth name tag to the centre of the cap , Mr Kazuo Yoshida’s Cap. Cap was issued in March 1945, at Yokosuka
