Wehrmacht Officer’s Chair from Jersey Channel Islands

Rare piece from The Island Fortress Occupation Museum Jersey Channel Islands, This item comes with it’s Wallis & Wallis London auction Lot no ticket ,no 470 and it’s tag ,(see photo’s) Also comes with a typed letter from the Channel Islands Occupation Society , Jersey about the Soldatenheim I which was opened in 1941.

On the back of the seat is a label stating ,Wehrmacht Officer’s Chair, believed the chair came from the Soldatenheim der Platzkommandantur I St Helier.

Chair is sound but has suffered from woodworm in the past . I have treated it fully i case. Some original paintwork is to the legs and armrests.
