Original German WW2 WWII Deutsche Reichsbahn Adler Rail Lantern Train DR lamp

Original Item:  This is a genuine WWII Reichsbahn military marked railwayman’s carbide burner lantern, made by Wilhelm Kohler, Gorlitz  Germany, as marked on the lantern.

Constructed of iron stampings this hand lantern has windows on 3 sides, with the two side windows having locking covers. All three sides have glass panes in them.  The carbide burner is missing, though this is not a problem. There is wear to the black paintwork, On the back of the lantern for inspection is the German Eagle and the letters DR, original handle. No holes.
