A very nice condition approximately size 56 officers visor cap with its original bronze officers cap badge for the Suffolk Regiment attached. Named to a Lt Col G.T.E.Grey. Complete with its correct wide WWII strap, General Service buttons. The mid tan liner all present, which is stamped Real Roam Leather. To the upper inner crown the silk material covering with the makers label of Flights Ltd, London W1.

A very nice condition approximately size 56 officers visor cap with its original bronze officers cap badge for the Suffolk Regiment attached. Named to a Lt Col G.T.E.Grey. Complete with its correct wide WWII strap, General Service buttons. The mid tan liner all present, which is stamped Real Roam Leather. To the upper inner crown the silk material covering with the makers label of Flights Ltd, London W1. No moth damage, only some staining around the leather sweatband, otherwise excellent shape.
Have done a little research , a Lieut in 1921, he was a major in 1938,and he survived the war, newspaper headline 1951
