Description
Piece of history here , a 45 mm Russian Shellcase, all original made into an oil burning candle , These were made up by the soldiers to give them some light during the long winter months in bunkers on the battlefield . This one was recovered from the area of Sevastopol of which the fighting took place over 1941-42, in the Crimea., A lot of the original cloth taper still remains.
