German WWII DRK Armband (Red Cross)

This  DRK Red Cross Armband. It’s machine woven, with the wording DRK..“Deutsches Rotes Kreuz” (German Red Cross) in black  lettering, and a central red cross emblem.  This armband pattern was worn by Red Cross nurses, as well as other RK personnel. The upper and lower edges of this armband are finished with machine stitching, and the ends are sewn together in the back as well, as it would have been worn. There are no tears but some staining.
